1. Agreement to Terms
PC7 d.o.o. ("Company") and users agree to binding terms for access to PandaChat at pandachat.ai. Users must acknowledge reading and accepting all conditions. The company reserves discretion to modify terms with notice via updated dates. Users accessing from other jurisdictions remain responsible for local compliance. Minimum age requirement is 13 years; minors under 18 need parental permission and supervision.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
PC7 d.o.o. owns all site content including source code, databases, designs, audio, video, text, graphics, and trademarks. Users receive limited licenses for personal, non-commercial use only. Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for informational and personal use only. Commercial reproduction requires explicit written permission.
3. User Representations
Users warrant that registration information is accurate and current, maintaining legal capacity to comply with terms. Users confirm they're at least 13, won't use automated access methods, and won't engage in illegal activities. Provision of false information permits account suspension.
4. User Registration
Passwords must remain confidential; users are responsible for all account activities. The company may remove usernames deemed inappropriate or objectionable.
5. Fees and Payment
Visa payments accepted; all pricing in Euros. Users must provide accurate information and maintain current payment details. Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price as required by law. Recurring charges require consent. The company corrects pricing errors and reserves order rejection rights.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through account settings, becoming effective at current term's end.
7. Prohibited Activities
Extensive restrictions include but are not limited to:
- Systematic data extraction
- Fraud attempts
- Security circumvention
- Content disparagement
- Harassment
- Support service misuse
- Automation tools
- Copyright removal
- Impersonation
- Spyware transmission
- Competitive use
8. Service Disclaimer
PandaChat is designed to provide helpful and relevant information; however, responses generated by the software may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. Users should independently verify information before business use.
9. Limitations of Liability
The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The company disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, merchantability, or fitness. The company and agents aren't liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to amounts paid to the company.
10. Governing Law
Terms follow United Kingdom law, excluding UN sales conventions. EU residents maintain mandatory protections of their country's laws. Both parties agree to London courts' non-exclusive jurisdiction.
