1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
This website at pandachat.ai is operated by PC7 d.o.o., Cesta Andreja Bitenca 68, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the website itself: browsing it, booking a call, and filling in our survey. By using the site, you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the date above tells you when we last did.
2. Our Services Are Contracted Separately
PandaChat is a managed service: we build, run, and monitor AI customer operations for client companies under individual written agreements that cover scope, implementation, monthly fees, change orders, data processing, and service commitments. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; prices and figures shown are indicative and every engagement is quoted individually. If there is any conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
3. No User Accounts
This website has no registration and no user accounts. If you book a call or submit our survey, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
4. Intellectual Property
We own or license all content on this site, including text, designs, graphics, code, and trademarks. You may view and share it for personal and internal business evaluation purposes. Commercial reproduction requires our written permission. The product mockups and example conversations shown on the site are illustrative.
5. Acceptable Use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Scrape or systematically extract content or data
- Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form entries
- Impersonate any person or company

6. About the Numbers We Show
Results and figures published on this site come from real deployments at specific customers, measured by our value ledger under stated assumptions. They describe those deployments at that time and are not a promise of identical results for your operation. AI systems can make mistakes; our service is built to catch and contain them, not to eliminate them entirely.
7. Third-Party Services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as our scheduling provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
8. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights where they apply, remain unaffected. Liability under service agreements is governed by those agreements.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
